We made the Donburi recipe last night using beef. It was easy and delicious. Courtney and Chris came over so we doubled the recipe. We all loved it! I will make in in NH for the rest of the family. Looking forward to more easy Japanese dishes!

True, but we wanted to keep it easy. We can always add a “salmon” update later. My guilty pleasure is the 7-11 sanshyoku bento…and the gyudon. I love when you can get a decent meal at the convenience store.
